Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of physical delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (such as a system-generated receipt or invoice number) must be provided.
Customized solar structures, open component packs, or items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or electrical fluctuations outside manufacturer specifications cannot be returned.
You may request an order cancellation before the product has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, it can no longer be canceled, and will instead fall under our standard Return framework.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your approval. If approved, your refund will be processed dynamically. The amount will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout via the PayHere gateway within 7 to 10 business days, depending on bank clearance processing cycles.
